:p>$0.93— insures that a child does not go to bed with an empty stomach and provides tutoring from caring adults at the Kids Café. :p> $2— provides a hot, nutritious lunch for a hungry person at the Holy Grill. :p> On May 20, 2007 almost 100 people of different faiths and religions gathered at Beth Shalom Synagogue to share their food and their lives. After a stimulating discussion, moderated by Rev. Phil Woodland, with Father Paul Counce, Dr. Burak Aksoylu , Rabbi Stan Zamek, and Rev. Bernadine Johnson as panelists, individual table dialogue continued the learning process as we talked about our faith, our religious diversity, and our common values. The next Interfaith Dialogue will be on October 16, 2007, at 5:45pm at St.:street> Aloysious Catholic Church. :p>This is one of the ways the Federation strives to bring together a diversity of congregations in our community. :p>Please visit our web site— www.gbrfed.com —to keep abreast of ongoing events. :p>Partners are financial contributors to the Federation.
